Location: Hospital Main Campus Join a team of pharmacists who provide pharmaceutical care for critical care patients in the pediatric and cardiac intensive care units. Specific responsibilities include attending multidisciplinary rounds, prescribing TPN under prescriptive authority protocol, collaborating on developing guidelines of care, precepting residents and pharmacy students, and providing drug information and educational presentations to medical professionals. Requires graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy, licensed by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacist, and hospital pharmacy experience. Prefers 1 yr. pediatric hospital pharmacy experience and/or Pediatric Residency Training, advanced degree in pharmacy, and licensed pharmacy preceptor.
