Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor-Pharmacology | Kansas City University of Medicine & Biosciences | Kansas City, KS

Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences seeks applicants for a full-time faculty position in the Department of Pharmacology with an academic appointment commensurate with experience. The successful applicant will hold a PharmD, PhD in Pharmacology, DO, or MD degree and will be expected to share in the departmental teaching efforts, establish a productive and ongoing program of scholarly activity culminating in peer-reviewed publication, to be a mentor to graduate and medical students and serve on departmental and institutional committees. Evidence of past or ongoing external funding is desired, but not required.

The successful candidate should have a sincere interest in effectively contributing to the departments' efforts in providing an innovative instructional curriculum for medical students and aid the department in providing an evidence-based, pharmacotherapy education in the basic science of pharmacology.
